The Speaker of the Assembly sets agendas for all Assembly meetings.
The Speaker of the Assembly directs the maintenance of order and decorum in all Assembly meetings, directing a Sergeant of Arms to take appropriate enforcement action, when necessary.
The Speaker of the Assembly serves as chief spokesperson for the Assembly.
The Speaker of the Assembly delegates assignments to the Deputy Speaker, the Secretary of the Assembly, and other senators.
