Ex-Officio organizations represent those student populations designated by federal Affirmative Action Information Classifications with race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disabled, disabled veteran, or Vietnam-era veteran classifications. These representatives are non-voting members of the Assembly. Their participation in Assembly meetings provide extra voices and perspectives' at the table during the policy-making process.
